Custom orders typically take 1–2 weeks to complete.

Turnaround time begins once I have received all necessary design details and inspiration images, if applicable.

Please keep in mind that turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the design, product availability, and current order volume.

Shipping time is not included in the 1–2 week turnaround time.

Because custom items are made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size, color, spelling, or design choices submitted when ordering.

If there is a problem with your item due to an error on my part, please contact me so I can make it right.

Highly detailed, oversized, or specialty designs may require an additional charge. If an additional charge applies, I will contact you before creating your order.

Please double-check your selected size before ordering, as sizing may vary slightly by brand.

For best results, wash inside out in cold water with like colors. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over the design.

Once your order is placed, I will review your customization details. If I have any questions or need clarification, I will contact you before creating your item.

Please double-check all names, wording, sizes, colors, and other details before submitting your order.

Have a photo, logo, design, or inspiration image you’d like me to use? After placing your order, email your image to janaesdesigns2025@gmail.com.

Please include the name used on your order in the email so I can easily match your image to your purchase.

If you have multiple inspiration images, feel free to send them together in the same email.
